This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for [www.zeon.com], as well as any related services or mobile applications (the “Service”). It explains how [Zeon Corporation] (“Zeon”) may collect, use, and disclose information we obtain through the Service. This privacy policy applies to information collected by the Service and is incorporated by reference into the Zeon Terms of Use at www.zeon.com/terms (the ‘Terms’). Any capitalized terms that we use in this policy are defined either here or in the Terms.

TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

We collect information from you when you: register to use the Service use the Service; complete an application on questionnaire on the Service; and otherwise communicate with or submit information or content to us to or another user. TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED BY TECHNOLOGY

We may collect and store your location information if you enable your mobile device to send it to us. Collection of this information may improve the provision of the Service.

We do not respond to browser-based “do not track” signals. Currently we do not have any third party sites who push content to our site. We use Google Analytics on our site. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous traffic data to help use analyze how users use the website. The information generated by a cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the site, compiling reports on site activity for us and providing other services relating to site activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. By using the website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes described in this policy. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Service is not available to those under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 and we do not want it. If we learn that we have collected any information from children under 13, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account, subject to and in compliance with applicable law./p>

PUBLIC AREAS

We may provide areas on the Service where you can publicly post comments (including information about yourself), can communicate with others such as discussion boards or blogs, or can submit reviews and/or media content. By choosing to visit the Service or otherwise provide information to us, you agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Privacy Policy will be governed by the law of the State of Colorado and the adjudication of any disputes arising in connection with Zeon or the Service will be in accordance with the Terms.

By providing your information you consent to any transfer and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND PRACTICES

We may revise this Privacy Policy, so review it periodically. We will post any adjustments to the Privacy Policy on this web page, and the revised version will be effective when it is posted. If you are concerned about how your information is used, bookmark this page and read this policy periodically.

CHANGING YOUR INFORMATION

You may change any of your information in your account by sending an e-mail to us at the e-mail address set forth below. You may request deletion of your information by us, but please note that we may be required (by law or otherwise) to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives.

If you believe that Zeon has not adhered to this policy, please contact us by e-mail at answers@zeon.com. We will do our best to address your concerns. If you feel that your complaint has been addressed incompletely, we invite you to let us know for further investigation. If we are unable to reach a resolution to the dispute, we will settle the dispute exclusively as set forth in the Terms.
