Chocolate Love Stout by Yards Brewing Company: Passionately brewed with over 200 pounds of pure, 100% cacao Belgian dark chocolate, this irresistibly smooth stout explodes with the taste and aroma of rich, dark chocolate goodness. This deep black beauty will seduce you with her roasty maltiness and hints of vanilla and caramel.

Vengeful Heart by Kane Brewing: Vengeful Heart is a true American-style Barleywine loaded with 98 IBU of our favorite hops. We used a heavy dose of Simcoe and Chinook in the boil and even more Citra, Amarillo, Simcoe and Chinook in the whirlpool and at dry-hopping. This huge hop bill is supported by a blend of four different crystal malts to create flavors of caramel, toffee and dark fruit. As a result, Vengeful Heart is deep ruby in color with big tropical fruit and pineapple aromas and a firm bitterness that is followed by a slightly sweet, caramel finish.

Double Chocolate Stout by Rogue Ales & Spirits: Double Chocolate Stout is an evolution of Rogue Chocolate Stout, which is flavored with imported Dutch bittersweet chocolate. In 2010, Double Chocolate Stout received a Gold Medal at the World Beer Championships.

Bleeding Heart by Grim Brothers Brewhouse: We brew this beer every year celebration of St. Valentine’s Day here in The Sweetheart City. The Bleeding Heart has always been a rotating style until last year when head brewer, Laura Pilato, nailed what we were looking for in our Valentines beer with the Cherry Chocolate Brown Lager. This year we will feature the same style of beer with tart cherry up front and a clean chocolatey finish.

Petite Sour Rosé by Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project: Wild Ale Fermented in Oak on Second-Use Raspberries and Blueberries. Primary fermented with our mixed culture of wild yeast, Sour Rosé undergoes fermentation in large oak foeders on second-use raspberries and blueberries. Showcasing bright effervescent characteristics, Sour Rosé is the perfect sour beer for all seasons and occasions. Unfiltered and naturally wild, we package each can with a small amount of yeast to maintain maximum freshness for wherever life’s adventures take you

My Bloody Valentine by Alesmith Brewing Company: Don’t spend this Single Awareness Day alone – grab a My Bloody Valentine! This red-blooded cousin of Evil Dead Red Ale, our Halloween Brew, is a beautiful crimson color. Notes of caramel, toast, and bittersweet chocolate balance an intense bouquet of floral hop aromas that we know you’ll fall in love with. The finish leaves a pleasant, full-bodied sweetness on the palate that won’t spread angry rumors about you to all your friends like that one time when I was…ohh…uhh…Happy Valentine’s Day!

The Love Below by Funky Buddha Brewery: Are you ready to put two together? The Love Below is a very special version of our Nikolai Vorlauf Imperial Russian Stout that’s been aged in luscious Cabernet barrels and bold Bourbon barrels for months, then blended together along with real cherries and 100% chocolate. Thick and sultry, this is a beer best consumed with a very special friend.

Complicated Sour Cherry Black Belgian by The Napanee Beer Company: Tart, tangy and sweet, with rich notes of stone fruit and cherry.

Cherry Chocolate Double Brown Stout by Deep Ellum Brewing Company: A love potion, re-imagined as Cherry Chocolate Double Brown Stout, is the result of nutty brown malts made smooth with hops. The warm elixir is steeped in rich chocolate cocoa nibs before fermentation. We then condition with sweet red cherry puree to maintain lushness. Don't be a selfish lover, share with someone special.

Bitter Valentine by Alewerks Brewing Company: A poured glass of Bitter Valentine is full of intentions and optimistic expectations. An empty glass of Bitter Valentine is getting dumped on February 13th, left to wonder if you will ever love again. Alewerks repeats the cycle every year. Not especially challenging as the name implies, the flavor is exceptionally balanced and smooth with notes of citrus and pine from Pacific Northwest hops.

Chocolate Cherry Bomb by Ellicottville Brewing Co.: A robust and delicious dessert imperial stout that’s mild in it’s sweetness and bold in its complexity. Brewed with love.

I Love You With My Stout by Evil Twin Brewing: “When I copied the famous Even More Jesus, I had to ask myself as an artist, why am I doing this? I didn’t honestly know. It was just an instinct about beer as pure form… in a sense this stout is like a metaphor for freedom - the sum of all the beauty that surrounds me and my perfect contemporary existence.” - Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø, Brewer and founder of Evil Twin Brewing

Hey Girl by Track Seven Brewing: Kettle Sour Red Ale With Passion Fruit. (Note: Cans not available until February 17th, but we loved this can too much to care. <3)

Bretta Rose by Firestone Walker Brewing Company: Thirty miles north of Barrelworks lies the fertile Santa Maria Valley. Its warm days and cool marine layer-fed evenings allow for a cornucopia of fruits and vegetables to be grown in its rich soil. One of Santa Maria’s crown jewels is locally grown raspberries. We jumped at the opportunity to ferment fresh local raspberries with one of our Barrelworks creations. Behold Bretta Rosé! A low-alcohol Berliner Weisse style ale, acidified and matured in French oak puncheons for 6 months, is the foundation for this gem. Add 1000 lbs. of fresh raspberries, allow a secondary wild fermentation for 4 more months and voila (!), we have a crisp effervescent concoction, bursting with raspberry perfume and flavor, a rosé color, bracing acidity, and a clean and refreshing finish.
